Cannabis Infused Cheese Sauce for Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons Canna butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ onion, minced
- ½ pound shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat Canna butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic to sauté.
- Whisk in flour and cook until pale white. Gradually add milk and whisk until smooth.
- Add cheese and stir until melted and incorporated.
- Cook and stir until thickened, about 12 minutes
- Stir in Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
